I am a Digital Humanities researcher with an expertise in Cultural Heritage. I’m particularly keen on interdisciplinary and collaborative projects that challenge the barriers of digital technologies in order to explore critical humanities questions and vice versa.
I concluded my BA (4 years) in Art History and Archaeology (National University of Athens), my MSc (2 years) in Protection of Monuments and Sites (Inter-Departmental Postgraduate Program, National Technical University of Athens) and my Ph.D. in Digital Cultural Heritage (University of Southampton). My Ph.D. thesis was on the role of digital applications and conceptual design in assessing and augmenting archaeological walks.
Here, I like to report about past and present research topics, experiences and events, as well as about the things I value the most from the intersection of humanities, cultural heritage and ‘the digital’.
